Good service starts with how you treat people. We listen. We answer questions. We explain the work and our recommendations clearly. We respect that it's your home and your decision. And we don't mansplain to anyone. Including men.
Earn Trust
You should feel comfortable with the person on the other side of your front door. Everyone we send into your home is background checked for violent and theft-related charges. If reviewing that background check would help you feel more comfortable, we'll provide it. Trust starts before the work does. We work to earn it from the beginning.
Do Good Work
Craftsmanship matters. We take pride in understanding how something should be built, repaired or maintained — and doing it with care. Our workmanship is backed by a one-year warranty. We want our work to hold up long after we leave.
Respect the Home
Your home is personal. We treat your space with care and respect your privacy. We will never use photos of your home for our website, social media, advertising or portfolio without your written permission and approval. It's your home. You decide what gets shared.
Follow Through
Finishing the work includes making sure you're happy with it. You'll have the opportunity to review and sign off on our work before we close out the project. Then we'll check back approximately 48 hours later, giving you time to use the space and make sure everything feels right. If something needs our attention, we want to hear about it.
